Kelly was born and raised in Durango, CO, and after spending 17 years in the Pacific Northwest, she is thrilled to once again call Durango home. Kelly’s journey into real estate began when she and her husband developed a keen interest in investing in properties. This passion led her to pursue a career in real estate, starting in Washington state before returning to Colorado.
A graduate of Evergreen State College with a BA, Kelly has a background in political science and economics, complemented by her skills in writing and marketing. Her professional designations include Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), Seller's Representative Specialist (SRS), and Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist (CLHMS). Notably, only 3% of Realtors® nationwide have earned the CRS credential, highlighting Kelly’s advanced training and outstanding professional achievements in residential real estate.

When she’s not assisting clients, Kelly enjoys hiking, mountain biking, gardening, and reading. She also operates her bookstore, Second Story Books, in Durango. Kelly and her husband have been married since 2003, and they cherish the active, outdoor lifestyle that Colorado provides.
