Kelly was born and raised in Durango, CO, and after spending 17 years in the Pacific Northwest, she is thrilled to once again call Durango home. Kelly's journey into real estate began when she and her husband developed a keen interest in investing in properties. This passion led her to pursue a career in real estate, starting in Washington state before returning to Durango where she has been helping buyers and sellers for almost ten years now.

A graduate of Evergreen State College with a BA, Kelly has a background in political science and economics, complemented by her skills in writing and marketing. Her professional designations include Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), Seller's Representative Specialist (SRS), and Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist (CLHMS). Notably, only 3% of REALTORS® nationwide have earned the CRS credential, highlighting Kelly's advanced training and outstanding professional achievements in residential real estate. Kelly is known for her high level of service, strong communication skills, and ability to problem-solve quickly and effectively. She finds immense joy in the continuous learning that the real estate field offers.

When she's not assisting clients, Kelly enjoys hiking, mountain biking, gardening, and reading. She also operates her bookstore, Second Story Books, in Durango. Kelly and her husband have been married since 2003, and they cherish the active, outdoor lifestyle that Colorado provides.
